rental contract , and a copy after the title of ownership
they said they will email you with details for paying one month rent,
and the kaution as guarantee. Then, they will deliver the package
within 24 hours of your payment.

You can then go inside and have a look at the place. If you like it,
you will then confirm … Logistics Limited by email and they will release
the money to me , and you can move right in. On the other hand, if
you’re not satisfied, they will refund you the money, and give you
instructions on how to send the keys and everything back to me.
However, I am sure you will love it (more than 80.000 euro spent on
decoration, furniture and appliances.)
So, If you have a chance to arrange everything today, tomorrow the
keys will be there and you can go see it.

gerne beschreibe ich Ihnen den Ablauf.

Bei Immobilien Scout 24 wurde eine Wohnung in München Bogenhausen annonciert. Es wurde in dem Inserat angegeben, dass sich der Eigentümer A… Gordon z.Z. in England befindet, Kontaktnummer war eine Mobilnummer. Die Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte über diese Nummer und im Telefonat teilte Herr Gordon mit, dass er den Schlüssel für das Appartment via … logistics Limited senden würde, hierfür ist aber eine Sicherheit zu leisten, die gesamt 1200 € betrug (1 Monatsmiete/1 Kaution). Sollte mir die Wohnung nicht zusagen, erhalte ich das Geld vollständig zurück. Als Internetseite wurde www…….uk.tp  angegeben, macht einen seriösen Eindruck, doch, wie von Ihnen und ukdata.com herausgefunden, gibt es diese gesamten Firmen nicht mehr.
